Mootin Engineering Ltd was founded in 1988 by Mr. Carpenen Mootin as General Metal workshop. Since its foundation, Mootin Engineering Ltd has today proven to be one among the leaders in the Metal Industry in Mauritius. Nearly two (2) decades, later it has a lot to boast.
The strong position, which Mootin Engineering Ltd occupies in the market, is because of various reasons namely Seriousness, Discipline, Rigor, Professionalism and Valuable Customer Services. Our customers’ satisfaction is the only yardstick to gauge our potential and strength and also to strive not to deviate from absolute perfection.

Our engineering and mechanical equipments are up to date with the latest technology from Europe, China and India for the best quality of works.
WORKERS / STAFF
At Mootin Engineering Ltd we always carefully choose among the best and competent workers. Our Human Resources Department always makes sure that all our 55 factory workers are highly motivated, well trained, their grievances listened to, rules and regulations are adhered to and that the welfare of all our workers are taken into consideration. The HR Department is also very conscious about Health & Safety Regulations; our workers very often are given refresher courses in Health & Safety and Quality Management System.
Our administrative team comprises of a total of 15 qualified and experienced members.
